Ordering and Payment

We endeavor to make our site as easy to navigate as possible. Simply click on any product you would like to purchase, use the button to place it in your shopping cart, and when you've selected all items you'd like, follow the prompts to proceed to checkout. To place an order by phone, call our contact number 1-866-325-5966 and we'll be happy to help. If we do not answer, we are helping another customer or tending to our business or little ones, but we will get back to you promptly.

Punkernoodle Baby keeps its prices in line within the suggested retail prices of our manufacturers. We charge sales tax for any orders that originate in Washington as required by law.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal through Express Checkout. Local customers in the Seattle and surrounding area may arrange to pick up items and pay by cash as well.

Order Processing and Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped when received, typically within 2-3 business days but often the same day the order is placed. Transit time is separate from order assembly. We calculate shipping by weight and work to package smartly and find the lowest shipping rates we can. A small shipping and handling fee is added to account for packaging time and our transit costs.

We currently ship anywhere in the U.S. but cannot accept international orders at this time.
 
Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS, from Seattle, with a choice of regular or expedited shipping. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by our shipping carriers, but we are happy to assist in tracking your package.
 
If you live in the Seattle or surrounding area, you are welcome to pick up your order. Simply select "local pick-up," and we will email or phone you to arrange a time.
 
If you provide an email address during check-out, you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping notice when your order goes out. You can track your package with the information provided.
 
Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled. If you do need to make a return please review our Return Policy below and then contact us so we can help. Thank you for your understanding.If you want to request a change to an order after it has been placed, please contact us. Often orders are processed very quickly and changes are not possible. But we are happy to try to help when we can.
 

Punkernoodle Baby does its best to assemble and ship packages quickly – we carry a large and varied stock on hand so that you can find what you need and do not have to wait long for your wonderful diapers. However, our assembly time is not guaranteed. Circumstances such as national holidays, inclement weather, post office closure, and our occasional closures for inventory accounting or family vacation can impact processing times. We do our best to post notices about issues that can affect orders on our home page. If you require your diapers by a specific day, please select appropriate shipping and realize that processing time is separate from that. If you have a question or concern about timing, please contact us.

Sales and Specials

Sale prices and clearance items are limited to stock on hand except when otherwise noted. We reserve the right to end sales at any time. We are sorry but sales cannot be given retroactively to orders placed before the sale began. Occasionally during high-volume sales stock will run out before the cart updates automatically. In that case we will contact affected customers immediately and refund their payment or, if the customer prefers, exchange the oversold item(s) for a substitution.

Return Policy

 
Punkernoodle Baby is happy to help with valid returns as long as they fall within our guidelines. Please read these before making your purchase:
  • Diapers cannot be returned if they have been used or washed, and any diaper, diaper cover, clothing or fiber product return must contain original tags and packaging. Returns must be of unwashed, unused diapers in original packaging only.
  • If a diaper has what you believe to be a defect, most manufacturers require that an exchange be handled directly through them. A defect is an error that occurred during the manufacturing process. Please contact us for information about manufacturers and their policies.
  • Returns will only be accepted when a copy of the original receipt of purchase through Punkernoodle Baby is included with the return.
  • Returns are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee.
  • Qualified returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase and will receive a store credit. Please allow up to two weeks for processing, though every effort will made made to process valid returns within a few working days.
  • If making a return, you will be responsible for shipping fees. Please contact us by email at mail@punkernoodlebaby.com to gain approval for a return shipment. We will give you a Return Authorization Number, and you can then mail the return to:
